6 Week Lose a Turkey Challenge

HOW IT WORKS…
1. Register with Member Services or online.
2. Weigh in with a Wellness Staff Member between October 12 – 14.
3. Work out hard and eat well!
4. Weigh out with a Wellness Staff Member between November 23 – 25.
5. If you lost 10 pounds or more, you win a YMCA T-shirt and bragging rights!

*Must be 18 or older to participate.

Get weight loss tips from Nutritionist Sheenagh King October 26th at 11:30 AM or November 2nd at 6 PM.
