Group Classes

At J. A. Walters Family YMCA, we have several group fitness classes scheduled Monday through Saturday for our members to enjoy.  Our focus is to work the whole person: spirit, mind, and body. Discover our classes for all ages, levels, and interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, yoga and Zumba, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
