Early Learning Center - Gainesville
At the YMCA Learning Center- Gainesville we believe in building strong foundations. Through the Creative Curriculum and our Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility we will work to build these foundations. Each child will progress at their own pace and we will have bi-annual parent meetings to discuss their individual progress.
We see our work as a team effort involving the teachers, parents/guardians and directors. This Program will serve children six weeks through preschool age.
This program is located at: Airline Baptist Church 3368 White Sulphur Rd. Gainesville, GA 30501.
Financial Assistance is available.
One Year Old Room
This classroom is for infants 12 months to 18 months. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for providing all items needed for the infant’s care. Please make sure to provide adequate food, diapers, diaper wipes, and several changes of clothing.
These are some of the milestones for moving into this classroom:
- Mobile (army crawling, crawling, beginning to walk)
- Transitioning to solids

Two Year Old Room B
his room is for two-year-old toddlers. In this room, we will focus on learning social skills and imaginative play while following the Creative Curriculum. Parents are required to provide all diapers and baby wipes and extra change of clothes.
